On the day coordination
Month of wedding planning
If you want to plan most of your wedding on your own, you can consider our month-of wedding planner to help ease the stress load during crunch time. We will begin working with your month-of planner about four or five weeks before your wedding. We focus on handling miscellaneous, last-minute tasks, such as final contract negotiations, making vendor payments, and arranging deliveries (flowers, food, decor, etc.) for your wedding day.
On the day coordination.
On the day Coordinating
On the day coordinating starts a few weeks before your big day. We have meetings with you a few times to create a wedding day plan and assess what still needs to be done. But unlike a month-of wedding planner, the day-of wedding coordinator will leave it up to you to handle most (if not all) of the logistics leading up to the big day, such as communicating your wedding day timeline to vendors or confirming delivery times. Our responsibilities include directing vendors to their proper places, managing the wedding decor setup and breakdown, and making sure that the day is running to schedule.
Flowers
With over 13 years floristry experience, training in ikebana Japanese flower arranging and previous owner of Panache flowers, an interflora member florist. We can combine floristry packages with event styling to include any style of floral or foliage installation. During the past 3 years we have been learning new skill to provide sustainable floral designs.
Venue Styling
We cover every aspect of wedding styling, working work with fresh, dried, preserved or artificial flowers.
We specialise in luxury backdrops, venue transformations, table scaping, top table design and centrepieces, outdoor, tipi and marquee styling, ceiling installation, prop hire, table cloths and signage.
Cakes
Our signature abstract buttercream Wedding Cakes are available in one or two tiers, we have a selection on cake stands available to hire with your cake.
our flavours are, vanilla, chocolate, lemon or carrot.
The addition of matching cupcakes and stylish iced biscuits can really set off the look.
Cakes can be styled with toppers, fresh, dried, preserved or artificial flowers.
